711 Shot works without an account. Projects, shot lists, equipment, schedules and selected reference images are stored locally. The current app does not send this content to us and has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
01. Who is responsible
711 Shot and this website are operated by Debora Huisman-Leeser, an individual developer in Croatia (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for personal information that we receive through support and operate this website.

02. Data in the app
The app saves the information you enter on your device: project names, dates, locations and addresses, client and crew details, notes, schedules, equipment lists, shot descriptions, selected reference images, templates, completion history, and your optional profile name, role and city. It also saves preferences such as language, haptics and reminder settings.
We do not operate a server that receives or synchronises this app content. The app does not require registration, access your contacts, or use GPS to find your location; project locations are entered by you. There are no in-app advertisements, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in the current version.
Your device or Apple may include app data in a backup, depending on your settings. Device backups and any diagnostic information you choose to share through Apple are governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s Privacy Policy. They are separate from a 711 Shot cloud-sync service.
03. Photos and reminders
Reference images. When you add an image, the iOS system photo picker lets you choose the specific photo to import. The app stores a resized copy in its own local storage. It does not request access to your entire photo library or upload these images to us.
Notifications. With your permission, the app schedules local reminders on your device for your projects and preparation. Reminder content can appear on your lock screen according to your iOS settings. You can turn reminders off in the app and change notification permission in iOS Settings at any time. Declining notifications does not prevent you from planning a shoot.
04. Website visits and support
Our website does not use advertising pixels or add analytics trackers. Its hosting and security infrastructure, provided by Netlify, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time and security events to deliver and protect the website. Platform-level security or access features may use necessary cookies. These services do not receive your local app projects from this website.
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. Form entries are not submitted to our web server or stored by the form. You review and send the email yourself. Until you do, the message has not been sent to us. The form does not save drafts in browser storage.
If you send us an email, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments you include. If you call us, we receive the information you choose to share and may see your caller ID. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential client material. We do not need access to your Apple Account to provide support.
05. Why we process personal information
We use support correspondence to answer questions, troubleshoot problems and handle privacy requests. Depending on your request, this is necessary to provide the service you request or is based on our legitimate interest in helping users and maintaining our product. Technical website processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website. We may also retain or use information where a legal obligation requires it.
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Optional app permissions are under your control; turning them off stops the corresponding optional feature.
07. Retention and deletion
Local app data: content stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove individual projects or use Settings → Delete all data to clear app content and preferences. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; separately retained device backups may still contain a copy and must be managed through your device or backup provider. We cannot retrieve, change or delete a local project remotely.
Support information: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and related follow-up, meet applicable legal obligations, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention depends on the nature of the request and any applicable legal period. You can ask us to delete support correspondence that is no longer needed.
Website technical data: hosting and security records follow the relevant providers’ operational retention practices. We do not maintain a separate visitor-profile database. We take reasonable measures to protect information we receive, but no device or online service can guarantee absolute security.
08. Your choices and rights
Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to the conditions and exceptions in that law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact LynnRomero54@gmail.com to exercise these rights. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity, and normally respond within one month as required by applicable law.
Because your local app content is not available to us, you control it directly in the app. For information we hold about support or website activity, describe your request without sending unnecessary personal information.
You can complain to a data-protection authority in your country. In Croatia, the authority is AZOP — Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. You do not have to contact us first.
09. Children and policy changes
711 Shot is a production-planning tool and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. If we introduce new data collection or permissions, we will provide the information and obtain any consent required before that processing begins.
